Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of new and unused(exception below) products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting customer service at support@thefitbeast.com prior to returning any items. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. If parts and accessories are originally missing please be sure to say so when contacting us. We cannot accept returns on used or worn merchandise. If you return an item purchased from Fit Beast for a refund, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the item. We do not apply restocking fees. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part or if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. If an exchange is requested, we will ship the replacement product immediately after we receive your return package at no additional charge to you and no shipping charges.

Excessive Returns

If you return an excessive number of items, we reserve the right to refuse any future orders.

Shipping Damages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thefitbeast.com with a description of the damage and a picture of the box and/or product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your package is shipped via UPS or FedEx, please contact their customer service departments first before contacting us. We are not responsible for damages incurred after delivery has been confirmed by our shipping department.
